La Cámara de Diputados aprobó reformas a la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor para facilitar la cancelación de suscripciones y membresías.

Fue aprobada en fast track y por unanimidad (438 votos).

La iniciativa es de Ricardo Monreal, y plantea lo siguiente:

📍 Así como es fácil suscribirse, deberá ser igual de fácil y sin penalización darse de baja.

📍 Las empresas deberán avisar con 5 días de anticipación sobre renovaciones automáticas.

📍 Los cobros recurrentes requerirán consentimiento expreso del usuario.

📍 Los proveedores deberán habilitar mecanismos para cancelar de forma inmediata.
