Alabama high school band director Johnny Mims was tased repeatedly and arrested by Birmingham police after he refused to immediately stop the band as it played in the bleachers following a football game.
The band was taking part in what they call “The Fifth Quarter,” a segment after the game which many high schools and historical Black Colleges play music.
Tragedy: #Patriots fan Dale Moony was brutally beaten to death by a #Dolphins fan Sunday night during the game right next to his son💔
Most of the fans surrounding them took out their phones and started videoing, not attempting at all to break up the fight.
Dale was a 30-year #Patriots season ticket holder and the father of 2 sons, “My husband was the most generous caring person,” “Great dad. Great husband,” his wife Lisa said about him.
There is NO sports game more important
then someone’s life. Heartbreaking.
