if you really want to improve, you have to train your social inhibition to be correct.

enough to read the room, respect boundaries and know when to shut the fuck up, but not so much that you're scared to approach someone or say what you actually think.

so taking pregabalin to socialize is pointless in itself, and doesn't even mention the risks of addiction, actual cognitive impairment and withdrawals from HELL.

if you really need to take a pill to "be more sociable", at least have it be something that's actually sustainable long term, doesn't act as a crutch and improves your cognition at the same time:

- taurine
- L-theanine

now if you want to use pregabalin for the occasional high-RR, one-off event, that's fine idc. but remember that its risk profile isn't as benign as something like modafinil.
