When you brethren have an opportunity to exercise the Melchizedek Priesthood, ponder what you are to do. When you lay hands upon the head of another, you are not offering a prayer, which of course requires no authority.
The Lord loves you. He is your Savior and your Redeemer. He leads and guides His Church. May we be a people worthy of the Lord, who said, “Ye shall be my people, and I will be your God” (Jeremiah 30:22). #GeneralConference
If this doesn't apply to Latter-day Saint Twitter, I don't know what does: "God doesn’t need you to be his sheriff, he does need you to be his his sharer" -- Elder Gary E. Stevenson #GeneralConference#GeneralConference2022#churchofjesuschrist
No matter what our mortal experience may entail, we can trust God and find joy in Him. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Things that increase our spiritual momentum:
1. Staying on the covenant path
2. Daily repentance
3. Learning more about God and how He works
4. Seeking and expecting miracles
5. Ending conflict in your personal life

Since last #GeneralConference, difficulties in the world have continued. The pandemic still affects us. The world has been rocked by conflict. The gospel of Jesus Christ has never been needed more than it is today. Contention violates everything the Savior taught.
We might sometimes want to run away from where we are, but we certainly should never run away from who we are—children of the living God who loves us, is always ready to forgive us, and will never, ever forsake us.
