@SaritaElizaa I love burgundy red but maintaining it is tooooo much work. It fades really fast and requires cold water to keep it nice. I gave up on it after 3 months haha
CONFIRMED: Cristina Silva to the District of NV. A dedicated public servant, Silva not only brings experience as a judge for NV’s Eighth District, but also a seasoned federal prosecutor who helped lead investigations into the 2017 Vegas shooting.
Tonight, with my support, the Senate confirmed Judge Cristina Silva and Prof. Anne Traum to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. The seats they will take have been vacant for years, and I’m glad we got this done on behalf of Nevadans and all Americans.
Judge Cristina Silva and Prof. Anne Traum have spent their careers demonstrating their commitment to justice, law, and their communities, and I am confident they will represent the best of Nevada on the federal bench.
It was an honor to introduce two highly qualified and experienced women, Judge Cristina Silva and Professor Anne Traum, as federal judicial nominees for Nevada.
These district court seats have been vacant for years – so long that they are considered judicial emergencies.
Proud to be alongside @SenJackyRosen supporting Judge Cristina Silva and Professor Anne Traum’s nominations to the federal bench by signing their blue slips. They’re both dedicated and fair-minded Nevadans, and we’re excited to help get them confirmed as soon as possible.
