@JamesBlunt How is that fair to fans who chose to buy through the official ticket sale?
We support you and were so excited to see you in Paris, but this ticketing experience has really left a bitter taste. Fans deserve more transparency and fairness. 😡3/3

[Sonia Rafchka Yog Æ @RafchkaLoveYOG]

@JamesBlunt &without even having a guarantee that our group of 4 will be seated together.
Meanwhile,Drouot presale, which was taking place at exactly the same time, offered cheaper tickets AND better seats. 2/3

[MÆrie Yog 💔 @MarieYog]

I’m furious To get access to the presale for the Paris concert I preordered the CD from JamesBlunt official site which involved quite high shipping costs This morning I had the chance to order my 4 tickets They cost more than on other sites 110€40 instead of 96€ @JamesBlunt 1/2

[MÆrie Yog 💔 @MarieYog]

U can’t choose ur seats I don't even know where we'll be seated and —after paying—u’re told there’s no guarantee the group will be seated together Ordering from the official site is a total rip-off. It’s shameful to take advantage of fans like this @JamesBlunt 2/2

[Sonia Rafchka Yog Æ @RafchkaLoveYOG]

@JamesBlunt I’m honestly very angry&deeply disappointed by the Paris ticket sale. We bought our tickets through the official website and ended up paying €110 per ticket instead of €96,without knowing where our seats would be ! 1/3
