Day two of dealing with @AetnaHelp @Aetna health insurance. Still not a single person that has a clue on how to help me. How do these people stay in business.

Three hours and 5 different people later who still don’t have a way of helping. This is a disgrace @AetnaHelp @Aetna No records logged of reps I’ve spoken to and each one has directed me wrongly. And the patient portal doesn’t work properly.
