Professor @ProfKibwana was my counterpart during the grand coalition experiment. He advised President Mwai Kibaki on coalition, constitutional and parliamentary affairs while I advised Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Kivutha opposed and fought against the power sharing arrangement between Raila and Kibaki and nearly derailed the enactment of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, through acts of sabotage, distortions and NIS machinations.

Anyone can google the Kilaguni debacle which Kibwana, Moses Wetang’ula, Alfred Mutua, NIS head Michael Gichangi and Francis Muthaura orchestrated.

He spent 10 years during Kibaki’s reign as one of the most retrogressive figures within that corrupt and tribalistic regime. He was even among Kibaki’s advisers when Kibaki tore up the Bomas Draft and attempted to impose the Wako Draft. Kibwana also supported Kibaki’s THEFT of the 2007 presidential election.

Anyone who takes Kibwana’s opinions on change, governance and transformation of Kenya seriously is either gullible, naive, foolish or all of the above.

Our long-range operations are consistent, precise responses to Russia dragging out the war and attacking Ukrainian cities and communities.

Last night, Defense Forces units struck the Poltavska oil depot in the Krasnodar region. The target was approximately 300 kilometers from the front line. This morning, the Security Service of Ukraine hit two oil refineries in Ufa – Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim and Bashneft-Novoil. That’s 1,500 kilometers from the front line.

We are implementing our long-range sanctions plan. I thank all Ukrainian warriors who ensure our precision. The Russians should be thinking about real diplomacy instead of once again trying to trick others or buy time. The war must be brought to an end.

Our long-range sanctions have reached Russia’s Tyumen region – another oil-processing facility, over 2,000 kilometers from our state border. An effective strike.

The job was carried out by the new, upgraded FP drones that can now reach targets at distances of 3,000 kilometers. I am grateful to the Fire Point engineers.
