My students asked me if it was true that the entire Internet was really coded by hand. All those kernels, protocols, router firmware, browsers, databases, etc. Somebody coded these and debugged them by hand?!?!? They used BBEdit?!?!??! The idea that this was even possible seems amazing to them. I can imagine some future Moon Landing like conspiracy theory that says it never happened.

بيقود ال products team من ناحية استراتيجية برده بيتعامل مباشرة مع ال head of products عشان يشوفوا ازاى يقدروا يحققوا ال business targets و اللى هينعكس بشكل ما او بآخر على ال engineering teams

بيدخل خناقة ال budgeting و لو شاطر يعرف يجيب budget كويسة و طبعا دى مهمة صعبة فشخ لل cto تحديدا عشان معظم الشركات بتبص على ال tech team على انهم cost centers مش شركاء نجاح هو فى ايده يغير المفهوم ده!
