@kamikazecash I also read the post as the goal being to pay down the mortgage. I think there is also another conversation about letting inflation work on that mortgage for you while you build equity and other investments. Also depends on what you want your cash flow to be as a whole.

@kamikazecash Sell the profits of the position exactly 366 days later to get the long term gains. Apply those gains to the loan. The most fun way would be to sell cash secured puts on the index to get the tax benefits of index options.

@nuclearoptionvg I would say the very beginning of a round is the most frustrating for me. If I don’t have a good first sortie then I am stuck in the cricket. I would like another level 0 aircraft that can do something other than combat to earn rank.

@VIRPILControls I know you sell mounts and attachments for all the various products, but would you ever consider selling an entire sim pit frame? Like a buildable chair with all the various attachment points for everything?

@eternaltxts Buy the premium version of an item that you use everyday. Keyboard, shoes, shower scrubber, pillow. Repeat once a quarter.

@HolySmokas IF you like the stock and want to own it sell position and buy long dated calls to equal exposure. Then reallocate extra funds to other investments. If you no longer have conviction then sell ATM calls until its called away. Take advantage of current volitility.

@chorio_actis I have experienced this too. I honestly can’t remember the last time I met somebody within 5 years of my age. Everybody is older or younger.
