@SpankUniversity Thanks @SpankUniversity for the deep dive into their terms. To be fair, the license they're demanding to user Content is much less "grabby" now--though agree it's still vague as you'd need to review their Privacy and Cookies Policy to fully understand what you're agreeing to.
@SpankChain We need self-sovereign IDs to limit the disclosure of sensitive personal info needed to verify consent/age, and decentralized storage of any sensitive verification info that must be collected. And we need(ed) it yesterday. Grateful to pioneers like @Spankchain & @Mintstars.
@SpankChain OF, Fansly, and most other content platforms, as well as ENM/lifestyle networking platforms, are also "honeypots" of private info that have a central point of failure--posing a huge threat to the safety and privacy of adult content producers and adults exercising sexual freedom.
@SpankChain I'm skeptical this administration will do anything meaningful to end debanking and financial discrimination against sex workers, given Project 2025's crusade against porn. @SpankChain and other Web3 payment and identity solutions are the only way forward for sex workers.
@FSCArmy Thank you @FSCArmy! I'm hopeful, but wouldn't be shocked if this administration turns a blind eye to continued discrimination against the adult industry, since banks cite unfounded concerns conflating all sex work with crime, rather than reputational concerns, when debanking us.
