Straight after Olly's goal, Jude then gets his goal as some good closing down in the centre of midfield sees Jude collect the ball before slamming the ball home to make it 3-0.

This is Jude's second goal of the season.

This is Olly's 3rd goal of the season after 2 last week against Havant & Waterlooville Hawks.

Parker thought he had a 4th goal as his effort hit the bar and bounced over the line and back out but this was ruled out then 10 seconds later, Alfie launched the ball back towards the Horndean Youth goal from inside his own half which went over the keeper and into the

Straight after, the Spitfires had a 3rd goal as some great battling in the centre of midfield saw the ball fall to Jude who advanced into the Horndean Youth penalty are before firing into the back of the net for the Spitfires 3rd goal and Jude's 2nd of the season.

The Spitfires came out for the 2nd half with the wind behind them.

They continued to play good football and were rewarded when Olly showed his battling quality to get into the Horndean Youth box before finding the roof of the net to make it 2-0 and his 3rd of the season

as he rounded the Horndean Youth keeper but could only hit the outside of the post.

At the other end, Jamie had to be alert as he managed to turn a driving effort onto the post & the danger was cleared.

He had to be alert again as a dipping effort was tipped over the bar.

A good result from the East Lodge Spitfires as they got the 3 points this morning against Horndean Youth at Horndean Tech College.

Thomas opened the scoring as he rounded the advancing keeper to make it 1-0 to the Spitfires.

Miller was unlucky not to get a 2nd

Converted at the back post by Jude to make it 2-3.

The boys couldn’t get the goal and LJR held on for the win and they deserved the win.

Next week the Alan Ball Academy Derby

The Alan Ball Academy entertained LJR from the Isle of Wight today on the @jnrpremleague at @KingGeorgeVHFA today.

The boys started well when Chase finished off a quick attack to make it 1-0.

It was nearly 2-0 but Jude sees his effort cannon off the post away to safety

As football goes the boys were punished as they conceded a penalty and number 14 blasted the ball home to make it 1-2.

Number 14 completed his hat trick as the boys switched off and were punished at the back.
