Support now says I “was told” I’d pay $30, then another $50 two days later. Please show the exact pre-purchase screen/log proving that disclosure. Current docs are not evidence of what I saw before authorizing the charge. Please escalate to a billing supervisor.

The Sep 27 invoice does not describe the $30 as a credit bundle or prorated adjustment. It says Builder — Monthly — Aug 29 to Sep 29 — $50, minus $20 already paid. Two days later, a new $50 Builder cycle begins.

So Base44’s own invoices show the Sep 27 upgrade repriced the entire prior cycle as a full $50 Builder month, even though I upgraded with only 2 days left. Support first called the $30 “prorated”; later said it was not prorated and credits may expire Oct 29.

@Base44 I’m escalating a billing dispute. Aug 29 invoice: Starter $20, Aug 29–Sep 29. Sep 27 invoice: Builder monthly $50 for that same Aug 29–Sep 29 period, less a $20 previous-purchase credit = $30. Sep 29 invoice: Builder $50 for Sep 29–Oct 29.
