Inflation is worsening income inequality by making goods, including the basic necessities, harder to afford especially for those in lower income households. Any thoughts @wef?
Recently in EM203 I have been researching all about inflation to better understand the problems that cause it, and that it’s causing. This is a good website that I have read through to help me with some of this learning. https://t.co/queoO1uY4i
@em203abrown Your concept map on inflation is creative! One connected problem could be how inflation worsens income inequality by making important goods harder to afford for lower income households #EM203problems
@em203abrown a key problem of inflation is that it is exacerbated by rising production costs and fluctuating exchange rates, making goods and services increasingly unaffordable for consumers #EM203problems
@EM203marvelleso Climate change has drawn a lot of our attention in the past few years, but even with some of the solutions in place, climate change is starting to have irreversible effects on our environment. #EM203problems
@Em203JayGr Environmental concerns have been growing a lot and now that we are taking more notice of these challenges, we are realizing that a lot of the main ones that you mentioned are soon or already starting to have irreversible effects. #EM203problems
@EM203IsabellaL Especially today, stress management has become more pertinent in our lives, but unfortunately many of these techniques can only provide a temporary relief. #EM203problems
@EM203RehanH Hey, it’s nice to hear that you’ve had such a great start to the course and that you are loving the content just as much as I seem to be. I’m also looking forward to learning more throughout the rest of the semester.
@EM203EKush Hey, I completely agree that even though it’s still early on, the lessons have been very fun, while also educational. I’m also looking forward to learning more through this course.
@EM203afeliciano Hey Alexia, it’s so nice that you can apply a concept you learned in class to further your learning and improve your online classroom experience. I’m also excited to continue learning through this course and its educational use of X.
@EM203cweinhardt Hey Chiara, connectivism sounds like an interesting learning theory to explore especially because we are always building connections, so it’s nice to see how that plays a role in our learning. I’m also excited to keep learning more throughout this course.
@EM203sim25 Hey Simran, I’m glad to hear that you have been able to learn so much in just the beginning of class. I’m also looking forward to learning more about education throughout the rest of the course.
We’re only 3 weeks in and I’ve already learned so much about learning in a digital age. I particularly found the lesson on multi-media interesting as digital literacy can make learning so much more effective. #EM203Robin
