It is important we do not neglect our mental health as it impacts all stages of ones life and molds what they decide to do next. There are many resources and people out there to aid and support. The "Y Mind" program at the waterloo YMCA is a excellent student mental health group
A tweet by @Zendaya "Relax, stop overdoing it, and just breathe for a second" I personally like this short quote because it reminds me to stop and take a moment to just enjoy it as we can easily get carried away nowadays and focus on negative things rather than the good things.
I accessed my twitter analytics by going through each post and pressing the three dots in the corner and looking at the “post analytics”.This shows how many people interacted with my page. This is helpful because it tells me what content my peers like and how I can improve my page

This website covers everything from mental health down to the best solutions. It is realistic and provides access to hundreds of resources for Canadians looking for help in their surrounding environments and communities.
A tweet by @micaela_poetry reads "do not ask me how I’m going to feel about my tattoos in 50 years unless you want to talk about climate change and an inevitable early death", I like how this quote compares tattoos to climate change because society worries about silly concerns.

This article is relevant to my problem I researched in lesson 6 (mental health/student life). The article looks into how resilient students that struggle with mental health, tend to have more strength to push through their studies.
@EM203Bhiraveen I believe with concept maps, ideas can be limited to detail since we are only putting down certain keywords to bring attention to our descriptions.
@EMdiyamaghera what was your favourite lesson so far? I love how this is slowly growing more into what the digital world really holds. It enhances our learning much more.
@jtatlaa exactly!! I love how it is different from other courses. It keeps students more engaged and ready to learn more since we are so big into tech/social media already.
@EM203vkey I love communicating and learning from my peers through these type of platforms. I have honestly never used twitter before but this class has made me look into it much more!
@Em203KGB Yes! I found this pretty interesting. Even though many of us do multi task, the best way to fully take in something is by focusing on one thing at a time.
I find the course EM203 very different and interesting. I love how there are new tasks and activities to understand each day. It keeps us engaged and eager to learn more! I love how we are incorporating social media within our learning. #EM203Robin
