Our way of learning has drastically changed in the past couple of years, as different methods of learning have become more common through the emergence and rapid advancements of new technologies. #EM203robin
@em203shai Technology has definitely marked a large impact in the recent years upon learning with the new creations that are made constantly to aid in making the learning process for humans easier. I’ve also learned the the rise in technology can be negative by posing various distractions.
@em203nkhalaf It was very cool to see how technology can both aid and hinder ones ability to learn by both providing learning aids, but also being able to pose as a distraction as well to the mental learning process.
@EM203MartaW Constructivism seems like very interesting and relatable way of learning. I think a lot of people tend to use this method of learning when being placed in a new environment for example. The ability to adapt to the environment is based on personal experience.
@EM203asviryova I agree, our learning habits and abilities have drastically changed over the years upon the emergence of various factors such as the theories of learning, but primarily due to the rise of technology use.
@Em203Pattison Great point, I found that these learning about these theories was very insightful when trying to understand what type of learner one is personally. Being able to do so allows for the process of knowledge rentention and analysis to be much simpler.
In the first couple lessons in this course, I have learned alot about the different types of learning theories. These theories include learning by doing, behaviourism, cognitivism, and etc. These learning methods give people the ability to process info differently. #EM203Robin
