So now three Universities - M.I.T, U.S.C. and Penn have rejected the blatantly unconstitutional Compact. That’s 3 for 3 so far.

That leaves six of the nine identified Universities to sound off by the Monday October 20 deadline to respond.

The University of Texas - the leaders of which initially salivated over its terms offered October 1 - MUST REJECT the Compact too.

The University of Texas System kneels to no tyrant. The UT System is a brilliant, independent institution of higher education.

Let’s keep it that way.
