@Raybex @boohoo It really is. I contacted them again via text and they confirmed that I will now get free returns, as it has been reinstated for premier members. Mixed messages though from different customer service points is bad though! Has really put me off the company

Cut off twice, ignored for 20mins. Not good! Expecting refund return cost (confirmed by agent), but been told I will be charged for future returns even though I bought premier before any changes on 3rd June. Changes which I knew nothing about!
