@SouthwestAir what is your preboard policy? Can passengers just show up and ask for a wheelchair so them and their 5 family members can board before everyone? Because if so, I need my $80 back for paying to “upgrade” my boarding.

@SouthwestAir There’s gotta be a better way. You can’t advertise upgraded boarding, take $80 from customers, then allow 30-40 ppl to board first. It’s flippant, contemptuous, and quite scammy to advertise A1-15 boarding. Lesson learned but it’s time to reflect on your practices as well.

@SouthwestAir But your entire family? It’s just rude. We fly often & my gma brings her wheelchair. We were under the impression it is the person needing assistance & ONE person. I’m paying $80 for my husband & I to board early & they walk up with 8 ppl? Thats absurd & frankly disrespectful.

To add onto our @SouthwestAir nightmare— we landed in NOLA after an hour delay and we’re just delayed THREE more hours for mechanical issues. Current eta of takeoff — 12:10. I’m not holding my breath and prepping to be out $1200 for mommy cruise.

Our flight was delayed over 3 hr tonight from DAL to MCO for a trip that we have to arrive to tonight to prevent missing our cruise. We moved our flight up & it cost us 18,000 points. I thought delays & changes were free? &to move it back to our original time will be 27,000 pts?
