@MaddenNFLDirect This game was one of my son’s number 1 present this year and he STILL CANNOT play it!!! Why did I waste a lot of money on a game that doesn’t work?!!! You need to do more than fix this for a “small number of users”. There are a lot of people on here complaining

@EAHelp @GorillaKing51 Hi. My son has been trying to play his new Madden NFL 23 game on his Xbox series X. It says it cannot connect to the server. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, checking our internet, restarting the console, I contacted EA sports for help but got no response, etc.
