@lw_writes Like I'm trying to get myself walking again, bit by bit, so I now take merlin out after work when I'm wfh, and on the weekend I'm trying to go to the canal shop to read and listen to a podcast with a nice hotchocolate
@lw_writes I know some of those things are unchangeable, but some things you can say no too. If a set amount of overtime isn't written into your contract, you can say no. And you can pull the disability card if you need to as well π and if not, try to have routines of things you like
