my first app, @UniTalkOfficial, is finally live. it took me 10 months to build it while finishing my last semester of engineering. definitely longer than I planned, but it was worth it. the goal was simple: learn how to build and ship an app fast enough to actually market it.

2nd month growing my first app. lots of trial started. interest validated, but still low trial->paying conversion rate. product is not there yet. terrible retention. looking for PMF engaging with users trough emails, but still low response rate. looking for a CTO. advices?
