[Emaar Mohali, Sector 108 - Pinewood Greens (PG) @PinewoodGreens8]

No power in parts of @PinewoodGreens8 Sector 108 Mohali since past 7 hours @PSPCLPb.
@EmaarCares Mohali electrical staff is highly incompetent. @PSPCLPb need to take complete control over power distribution upto the end user, n not rely on Society for internal distribution.

#EmaarIndia Mohali electrical staff proves to be incompetent time and again.
@PSPCLPb needs to take complete control over the distribution of power in #Emaarindia Mohali, upto the end user.

@rajinderinfy @EmaarCares @emaardubai @EmaarExecutive Emaar India is a callous organization who does not care about its customers. It is a foreign company in the name only, its entirely run by typical 'Don't Care' indian staff until calamity falls.

[Emaar Mohali, Sector 108 - Pinewood Greens (PG) @PinewoodGreens8]

Speed breakers installed on Sec 108 main 80ft double entry/exit by @indiaemaar, causing *high speed* traffic to enter/exit Sector through 40ft single, non-speed breakers lane in PG area.
This is causing accident hazards n dangers in PG pocket.

Purpose of SpeedBreakers is to curtail speed and NOT divert traffic to peaceful internal 40ft lanes.

To ensure Sector Traffic uses B Road to enter/exit only, and not hog internal 40ft peaceful lanes, install BOOM GATE at PG-11 entry point.

Currently PP residents entering thru internal 40ft PG lane to avoid Speed Breakers on Main 80ft Entry.
