@albinder @letsblinkit - I regularly notice the stuff which comes has dust gathered on it - as basic courtesy you can get it cleaned atleast before sending it from ur store. Local shopkeeper also cleans the stuff before handing over

@airindia I think you should re look at the loyalty program. 60 flights for gold, that’s 5 flights a month. 90 for platinum, which is 7-8 flights a month. Your tier points also are a lot.
