Able to use rhythmic stabilization and trunk PNF exs for a lot of my pts this past week. Really helped work greater trunk control/strength.

Not only is Tai Chi exs great for core strengthening for my pt c stenosis, but also EBP for her concurrent dx of PD. #twobirdsonestone
