We are being ripped off left right &centre by everyone at the moment. A faulty app means payment taken off my credit card but no purchase shown. Told to wait 5 days for them 2 enjoy my ££ free, make interest on that whilst I pay my credit card interest for something I don’t have

@TPExpressTrains - shocking calling a carriage first class when it is far from that. It wasn’t the lovely lady who served us who was at fault but those who don’t think it’s good to have ice, and appropriate snack and stock on a Friday Bank Holiday commuter train service. #fail
@northernassist@TrainsNorthern in the first class carriage on my to Durham…no ice, no pretzels, no chutney on the cheese board. I felt so sorry for the girl trying to serve us
@AvantiWestCoast The products they're terrible - no one wants them. Maybe that's the strategy? If you do like the random products there are 4 crisps in a packet. For the prices you charge you can deliver a better F&B experience. You're an Italian company!
Dear @AvantiWestCoast - Joellie (I haven't spelt this correctly) in the first class lounge was AWESOME. The products on offer which we all have to self serve now are not. They are SO far removed from First Class it's mortifying.
@AvantiWestCoast Have to commend Richard in service and the ticket conductor. Both did the best they could in exceptional circumstances - but @AvantiWestCoast need to accommodate post-football passenger overload. It was YESTERDAY....
Gosh the tales of woe continue on this service with @AvantiWestCoast - now we don't have ANY food on a lunchtime service - it's unbelievable. I know the staff are doing their best. It's not their fault but someone needs to sort this service out properly. #fail
@AvantiWestCoast The Avanti lady now chillin behind me has had a gr8 relaxing journey. She was the 1 meant 2B in the galley! She's read @ least 3 chapters of the biography she brought. Lucky her. We battled up the train full of passengers in the aisles 2 get food she was meant to serve.
@AvantiWestCoast -I'm on the delayed 11.02 from Liverpool, booked 2 x 1st-class tickets. Got on the train and coach J had 4 Avanti staff members sitting there - not sure that works does it? Had to ask whether the spare seat was available - #fail REFUND pls
Is anyone else being forced to use 2FA which they hasn't set up on their @British_Airways Avois and BA account? I am and its driving me nuts. I can't seem to get past the log in is this how they will steal all my points? #fail
