Does anyone ever just get tempted to run back an old product that did well but flopped. I feel like if I didn’t make the mistakes that I did it could’ve went really well.

Going through @mikkoecom old posts inspires and motivates me so much. Bro was staying up till 1am on school nights doing ecom and posting up his shopify dashboards in school. I’m inspired to do the exact same n print ts Q4. He prolly won’t see this but thanks for inspiring me👊

Biggest mistake I made in ecom was testing so slow. I remember when I used to take like a month to test a product ahah. Just cut my recent product and straight away right onto testing another .happy I’ve gotten that rhythm.

And none of the ads were hitting genuinely the whole test only the ads from the first 4-5 days of the test were performing and when I say “ the ads” I mean only 3 ads. And every other ad I launched the rest of the test barely any spend. So rip atleast I hit 1k days but we move on

Just cut the product. Was a good run and I’m happy with my progress but was slowly getting attached to the product. Just gotta learn to read the data and move on. Did feel like this could’ve been a big brand because I was only brand running it on meta but pushed out so many ads->

With Black Friday around the corner it’s genuinely now or never. I wonder where I’ll be at by then. I’m either gonna be drowning in excuses or be doing 100k + and made my mother proud. She doesn’t fully believe in this ecom stuff but just gotta prove it to her. I HAVE to lock in.

Need to work on being more productive genuinely scroll a lot and I feel like I’m not putting the maximum output and the full effort that I can. When I hit on an ad I need to put 100% everyday into making iterations aswell as new concepts. Felt I did put 100% this product test.

Update on product test: after 1k days wanted to up budget straight away but couldn’t cs payouts. next few days ranged from 500-800 rev. Winning ad slowly dying off not sure what’s going on. Everyday just been making ads but no much is hitting.might cut soon.

Update: payouts coming through and I’m able to up budget and scale! Still struggling on iterating on my winner all the new ads I put in don’t get spend.
Going to try my best rn to just use my brain and understand why the ad worked. Anyways God bless ✝️❤️

FINALLY FIRST 1k DAY. This is the first big milestone for ecom ppl supposedly. I’m very happy I’m here deals surreal. This is only baby numbers we going up from here. All glory to God✝️ none of this is my doing or ability it’s all because God broke my laziness period .

The 2nd option is safer in terms of cash flow but bares the risk of getting out scaled or maybe even performance decreasing idk tho. First option is the more risky one but could give me higher reward.

Update on test almost at 1000$ today which is my goal I’m going to go crazy when I hit it but anyway. Cash flow is not good rn still waiting in $1850 in payouts but anyway I’m at at 3.47 roas today best performing day which makes up for yesterday meta just needed to optimise.

Following on this update I’m in a sticky situation I have two options. Option 1: Up budget by 50% and scale but affect cash flow heavily going to have to burn my savings to afford the spend. Option 2 stay at my current daily ad spent for 1-2 more days to get my payout money .
