After completing her student teaching here, Mrs. Jennifer Smith was hired January 14, 1994, and has faithfully served at CAES ever since. To celebrate, the staff surprised her with a 90s spirit day, balloons, flowers, buttons with her face on them, & visits from former students.

This week, we focused on graphing. “I can pose a question, collect data, create a graph, & analyze data.” Ss worked hard to have fun while learning and get some movement in this week. 🙌🏻#mathinaction #graphing

Last Friday, we had “fall fun Friday.” There was an “earned- game day” followed up by making homemade applesauce, roasting pumpkin seeds, & making “leaf men.” 🍎 🎃 🍁 I loved seeing their excitement! 💙
