@thefikboy@MightyJax@captureone I discussed the issue with the team today. We want to get in touch with you to see your logs :) I'll get in touch with support to find your ticket and contact you
@thefikboy@MightyJax@captureone Hmm... I didn't receive any DM. Please try again, or maybe contact support and mention this conversation with me so they know where to forward the ticket.
@thefikboy@MightyJax@captureone That sounds very weird since that's a very common scenario and I never heard of this before. Please write me a DM so I can forward your contact to the team... I'm sure they would love to see your logs :)
@thefikboy@MightyJax@captureone It depends what you mean by saving. Changes are automatically saved in the catalogue, but if you want to export the pictures there's a dedicated button for that :)
@MightyJax@captureone What's your use-case? Is it transferring unedited RAWs from the Capture One Mobile to Desktop? There are several ways to do this, including cloud transfer, but you can also export originals from your iPhone and use Airdrop or whatever other medium offered by your iPhone.
@akaburn_megane If the new cable does not help it would be great if you could send me the logs so we can help you further. You can write to me in a DM for further instructions :)
@akaburn_megane That is a very popular camera among Capture One users so Iโm quite sure we can make it work :) first make sure that the cable is ok. Try another cable if necessary. Make sure the camera is set correctly. USB mode should be PTP. Let me know if that helps!
