@ellymelly The problem is that the criteria is so broad that anyone can get on it with the most minimum of evidence. It's a free pot of gold. That's just too enticing for the average Bogan.
Michigan’s election system just showed its true colors.
A small-town clerk chose to follow the law — protecting election records as Michigan statute 168.811 clearly requires. Instead of applause, she got criminal charges 🤨
The Bureau of Elections director (Jonathan Brater) instructed clerks to delete poll books in 7 days — guidance he was forced to admit was unlawful under cross-examination. Yet this clerk is STILL being dragged to trial for doing the right thing and refusing an unlawful order.
And then comes the cover-up: rather than drop the case, @JocelynBenson quietly codified the unlawful guidance after the fact, rewriting the rules (through JCAR) so the people who broke the law could claim they were “right” all along. Retroactive rulemaking to protect bureaucrats — and punish compliance 🤯
Michigan: follow the law, get prosecuted. Break the law, change it. Notice Benson’s pattern—she’ll cheat to win and do just about anything to stay in power.
If we want corrupt politicians and unaccountable bureaucrats OUT, we don’t complain — we do the work and we vote them out in 2026.

We have frozen all child care payments to the state of Minnesota.
You have probably read the serious allegations that the state of Minnesota has funneled millions of taxpayer dollars to fraudulent daycares across Minnesota over the past decade.
Today we have taken three actions against the blatant fraud that appears to be rampant in Minnesota and across the country:
1. I have activated our defend the spend system for all ACF payments. Starting today, all ACF payments across America will require a justification and a receipt or photo evidence before we send money to a state.
2. Alex Adams and I have identified the individuals in @nickshirleyy's excellent work. I have demanded from @GovTimWalz a comprehensive audit of these centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
3. We have launched a dedicated fraud-reporting hotline and email address at https://t.co/rqjoFUD3kZ Whether you are a parent, provider, or member of the general public, we want to hear from you.
We have turned off the money spigot and we are finding the fraud.

You know what, @Sec_Noem , this is why stuff takes forever. Literally all you need to do is ask who the contracted food service provider is (Sysco? Local vendor?) then ask for invoicing and proof of service. If there is none, then obviously the kids are not being fed (Violation of State and Federal law) or there simply isn't any kids. I could have this determined in less than 30 minutes per location based off logistics and operational concept alone. Stop overcomplicating things and get to the arrests already.
Bullshit. This is a full-blown, panic-induced coverup.
The previously public website link (which they’re currently hiding) will be available on our website shortly.

@orangekittyrad Being on a jury is awesome, to get to go downtown and sit in an air conditioning room and judge someone while my lunch is paid for, that is the life ...
1) Nobody will go to prison over the open Somalian fraud in Minnesota.
2) Nobody will pay any of it back to the taxpayers.
3) Almost nobody will be sent back to Somalia over it.
That I’m probably right on all three is why trust in “conservatives” in government is almost zero.
After endorsing AG @keithellison, this lady’s Somali “nonprofit” received $3 million from Minnesota to harness the “courage of Somali women” to battle racism by renovating her office.
