Average college players spend 3,000 hours on their game in 4 years. Only 4% of that is spent on actual game play. You need mental & physical stamina, toughness & a willingness to work regardless of success or playing time. You have to love the process of what it takes to compete!

Any school that requires teachers to submit lesson plans when they aren't been formally evaluated doesn't know how to hire teachers. If you've hired someone, let them do the job you thought they were qualified for instead of micromanaging every worksheet and activity. #EduPinion

Did you know? One in three teachers say they’re likely to quit and find another job in the next two years. And it will only get worse. Gen Z and Gen Alpha won't stay at a job where they aren't valued and supported. This is especially relevant in teaching, where the younger generations prioritize meaningful work environments, strong support systems, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Ensuring they feel appreciated and empowered is crucial for retaining passionate, dedicated educators in the future! #Relationshipsbeforerigor for teachers too!

We know what happens.
Administrators forget.
They forget the daily challenges & stresses teachers face. Perhaps it’s been some time. Perhaps you were never even a teacher.
That’s why EVERY admin should teach at least one class while they are a principal, superintendent, etc.
Simply so they don’t forget teacher challenges and the SUPPORTS we need.
