Wanna do a good deed?
Buy little moral boosters for the nurses, doctors, RTs, NPs/PAs, techs, etc. who work REALLY hard to save sick babies!

I have been awaiting a new keyboard for DAYS and it got "delivered" today. But it's nowhere to be found. I was supposed to get 3 packages delivered today and only 2 made it. I could cry.
I've been sick since Monday night. Whatever this is SUCKS.
I have such a stupid, weak voice too. Makes it hard to yell at people which is one of my great joys in life.
It's also worth noting that RN is the most popular career for women in the US.
Statistically speaking, if you see a woman performing CPR, her most likely career is RN. That's how math works.
Hell, if you see a woman eating crackers, her most likely career is RN.
So calm down.
The is the tweet of someone who sniffs their own farts.
In the hospital, I've seen a TON of CPR. Compressions are virtually always performed by nurses.
I will delete my Twitter account if this is an attending. You only see egos this pathetically fragile on the new ones.
people will dissect the CEO shooter's online presence for years but the question of "what radicalized him" has a pretty obvious answer
he posted X-rays of his back surgery
he read multiple books about chronic back pain
he shot a health insurance CEO
he was radicalized by pain
Also, I went to my friend's house and (after helping her clean and entertaining her toddler) her 3-week-old took a nap on me. I'm so full of happy hormones. 🥰
@shortnslavee 3.) (cont...) I kept begging the people on screen to just pass out, they didn't have enough circulating blood volume to stay awake yet they were. They were trying to move and just peeled away hunks of their bodies. Their family was across from me, asking me if they died quickly.
I don't have nightmares. Like, a bad dream once in a blue moon, sure.
In the last week, I've had three VIVID nightmares.
I think it's just baseline anxiety/dread tumbling through my mind at all times.
@shortnslavee 3.) Watched footage of an accident. Car vs. pedestrians. (Note: I see a lot of "gore" in my life. I see newborns cut open with their intestines piled out of their bodies. Doesn't bother me. This? This was HORRIFIC gore.)
