@SouthamptonFC Go again Southampton. He’s clearly a talented young coach who has learnt a hard lesson. He should be given a chance to put it behind him and target a big season for you
@scousericey Prospect of more dire games at HD is bad. But I want NSNO to really mean something on/off pitch. If TFG shared 5 year plan to make EFC number 1 I think we’d get behind it. Iconic stadium in iconic city but let’s be true to NSNO and have some excitement along the way
@efc_fanservices It’s taking forever for portal to open and because can only move one at a time even though I bought and manage my sons it gives no confidence that I’ll be able to move both and stay together. 🤨
@Dane4Blue overriding point is we should be more ambitious however limited the funds. Style of play and unwillingness to try different options especially featuring younger players is soul destroying. We’ve no divine right to success but it should be more exciting than it’s been
@Lea_EFC Not sure I’d celebrate PSG winning. When the French FA allow PSG to postpone games before champs league matches and they can rest players regularly anyway because domestic league is poor I’m amazed they had to win it on pens.
@bluetom_tom What makes you think he’s gonna turn it round? Liverpool are about to replace slot with someone dynamic and we will remain playing dinosaur football. It’s time for change.
@NeilA1878 DM comments about shuddering at the sound of champs league suns it up. We need to be bolder and that’s not his style. Iraola lost his best players but figured a strategy that took a seaside team into Europe. We’re Everton FFS .. we should expect better
@CardnoNFT@terrymcallister Sorry but what’s solid about our foundations on the pitch? The back four are often clueless or playing out of position and he won’t play youngsters… football most games is dire. What makes you think he’s gonna be any different next season?
@AldoPerth@terrymcallister What about the miserable performances at HD earlier in the season? Teams recently promoted have sped past us and it’s crazy that so many win something occasionally but we never get a sniff and DM questions our frustration.
@darrenpjones@bbcquestiontime Good job tonight - especially about the need to stop cross party bickering. On the big issues, most reasonable people will surely accept the need to compromise in order to move forward.
@BlueDanEFC@KrustySkyWalker Somebody clearly saw something in him. DM’s job to get best from young players. Instead we got several older players either out of position or just too slow. Net is after 100m plus spent we’re where we were end of last season and DM thinks we shud be grateful.
@KevinJones315@charles_stevo Only reason we were still in it was because it’s been such a crazy season and most teams were in with a chance with two games to go. Fact is we had several opps to close the deal but negative footy and refusal to rotate the squad is on DM. Those last two games were a disgrace
@Andy_H_EFC@lovelystuff1878 Do you think all those Scandinavian teams worry about being embarrassed? Whats the point of all this if we’re gonna say ‘ooh we’re not ready’.. .. we should be aiming for any European footy and especially CL and not worry about ‘being embarrassed…’
@Everton club posts same message every mediocre season - just changes years. Sunderland opted to skip ‘steadying the ship’ and have just sped past us! Make NSNO actually mean something!! Evertonians will make the noise at HD if we’re inspired
@dixiedeansboots I wrote to Friedkin last year thanking him and letting him know the potential we have. NSNO is key. Encourage and support fans to be the best they too can be and we will attract more fans who want positivity. Sadly what that interview says is “aim low to avoid disappointment “
@dixiedeansboots Staying in lane is exactly what we’ve done. We’re like the fella hogging the middle lane of the M6 and Sunderland just flew by us on the inside lane!
