After looking at Twitter today, I felt discouraged about all of humanity. Then read these words by @sometimesalight and I’m committing my mind to see the image of God in those whose policies/words I despise. God, help me.
Years ago, I knew a man who was serially unfaithful to his wife. He would get caught, and apologize, then do it again. For years. Eventually, when she was ready to leave, he vowed to be faithful, once and for all.
