My aunt was accused at Ringwood @CostcoAUS of using a fraudulent membership as she didn’t look her photo because “her hairline was different”.
She is in her 3rd round of Chemo for lymphoma.
No apology even after management contacted.
She is a tough lady but that deeply upset her
