Is the #customerservice department at @Wizards of the Coast actually functioning? I have an active ticket that's gone nearly a month without any response whatsoever...
...great job, #MTGSecretLair ... my turn, line is paused, technical difficulties... so stay glued to the computer, because I could be on the clock at any second, for the next who-knows-how-many minutes/hours.
Sooooo... MTG #SecretLair said "log on at 8am PST and add to your cart for a random queue slot, or purchase at 9am PST the regular way!"
But with 20 minutes to go, the web site STILL doesn't have the page ready, and you KNOW you'll be waiting 1.5-2 hours anyway, once you click...
Watching items sell out, one by one, while waiting in the #SecretLair queue that I entered the MOMENT it went live, and still looking at more than an hour wait.
