@British_Airways Can you explain then why two members of our group had their claim dealt with in a week and I have been waiting 7 weeks? Claims submitted the same day! Just poor service?

4 weeks after returning from holiday, still waiting for @British_Airways to pay back the uber fare from Heathrow to Gatwick when they cancelled our flight and the replacement was to the wrong airport. Complaint filed on the portal, emails ignored. Customer service? I think not.

@British_Airways Over 3 weeks later, so now 7 weeks since the claim was submitted. Claim not even showing as 'on progress' on your portal. Still showing as 'recieved'. Appalling level of customer service.

@British_Airways Initially they were and partially dealt with our claim but I then replied to their email and added more information to the claim and nothing has been done with it since. It still just shows as 'recieved' on the portal.
