The illegal lien NIBSS has placed on my bank account without a court order and @nombahq Nomba MFB dancing to their tune since Tuesday 28th July, 2026. is now in violation of my right as stated under section 34 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act, 2004, my right to property and fair hearing as well. I have provided compliance the details of the transaction as requested on the same day and yet you have kept it locked and ignored all my emails.
