@Kohls Also, your CSRs at the service desks in your stores are some of the most grumpy and rude people in any store I deal with. Probably because they have to deal with unsatisfied customers because of your terrible exchange policies all day long. I'd hate my job, too.

@Kohls When I want to EXCHANGE something and have a receipt, @Kohls should honor sale prices and previous Kohl's cash activity. Instead, you deduct the Kohl's cash from the return end of my transaction and charge me full price for a second time on the new purchase side. Ridiculous.
