The Korean adaptation is funny, cute, and nostalgic, but it held back on the key moments that made the Taiwanese version unforgettable and emotionally impactful. That said, I'm eager to watch it again. Perhaps I'll appreciate it more on a second viewing, just like the original.

(1) There must have been a deleted scene involving padlocks, as their date ended abruptly. (2) The long-distance call didn't resonate with me. (3) The ending was satisfying, but I wish it had been accompanied by a powerful song like "Those Bygone Years" by Hu Xia.

(5/6) Pero maganda yung dinner scene at ramdam ang bigat ng pinagdaanan ni Joy sa dulo. Anora ang peg. The film looks beautiful. Solid yung transition from Buendia to Valletta. Parang homage sa "Labs Kita" yung suot nila sa final scene. Grabe nostalgia attack sa end credits.

(6/6) 'Di siya perpekto. May times na need mo i-suspend yung disbelief. Pero ganun din ang buhay. Hindi black and white. Ang mahalaga, nag-enjoy ka nang walang ginagawan ng masama. Hindi ba ganun ang punto ng pelikula?
