@chase Please look into your Fraud customer service, especially on the weekends when you route your calls to offshore centers. Account closed without ANY notification from you. Not an email, not a text, and certainly nothing from your agent. You’re better than that. 😡 💳 ☠️
@Tesla superchargers in Normal, IL down. Had to plug to regular EV to be able to get to another supercharging station. Tried the roadside assistance; customer service via text is abhorrent. On the phone now, and hope they’ll have a better comprehension than this dingdong.

Turning off data for a few days seemed to have helped. I still think someone was stealing data. Wish I could say TMobile helped. :(
6 minutes of roaming during a 5 week trip, which you were notified about proactively. I even purchased your international data plan. Your logic for automated messages needs to be updated if you wish to retain customers who travel. Stop harassing me. @TMobile
Received an iPhone from @Apple that I never ordered. Called and was told to respond to an email as it was sent to me in error. OK, could’ve thanked me for honesty and provided a simpler solution of just dropping it off at a store? Nope, @Apple sends me a form to fill out w/pics.
@LettuceEats what’s up with the recent surcharges you’re attaching to the orders? Charging customers back for credit card processing fees, Covid19 recovery surcharge, etc? Does this money get back to the servers, or are you pocketing it for your own profits? Stop being shady!
