My honest thoughts on the sad state of international cricket these days:

Ever since Jay Shah and his cronies have taken over the game of cricket the beautiful game has gone for a toss. A politician who is filled with controversy after controversy having total control of the game is run these days spells only doom and gloom now and in future.
Ever since he has poked his nose in cricket related affairs there have been question marks on the legitimacy and credibility of the game.
You don't get that joy and satisfaction of watching a game of cricket anymore. It is always filled with self doubts. It is self explanatory.
All ICC tournaments under his watch have only benefited one team & that is India.
He is trying his level best to make India a global superpower and a world dominant cricket team for the world to take notice as we will see in the coming 2028 Olympics.
If Cricket has to go back to being competitive again the ICC revenue sharing model should be made equal for all teams. Everyone deserves a voice and an equal opportunity to grow.

Huge respect for Cricket South Africa for releasing the 2027 World Cup schedule a year early and giving the tournament the respect it deserves.

Then there was the corrupt Bcci, which released the 2023 schedule just months before the tournament and killed the excitement around it

But the same Bavuma cost proteas CWC 2023, t20 world cup 2021 and 2022..
First of all he was given free offer in t20 squad, just beacuse of the reason the world knows.
