In May 2025, I requested an email update on my savings account because I no longer had access to the old email address linked to it.
I completed the entire process you required:
•filled and submitted the update form,
•provided the new email address,
How is that fair after I already complied fully with your verification requirements a year ago?
Customers should not go through stressful verification processes only for nothing to be done afterwards.

Fast forward to now, I needed an OTP to complete a transaction only to discover the email was never updated after all that process.
I reached out again and I’m now being told to start the entire process from scratch?
