This makes no real sense. Marshall has a platform with UnHerd and could scoop up disgruntled Telegraph ‘stars’ to expand that if he wanted, but the point of buying the Telegraph is its history/‘prestige’. Building his own newspaper has no pedigree. It would shit money.
