Please consider donating to support our client, who bravely came forward to report abuse by her former lawyer at great personal cost. The Law Society has a compensation fund which covers certain malfeasance by lawyers but not this type of criminality. Please help if you can.

@InterruptingSea If you look at the Councillor’s report you’ll see some of the details how the first deal was financed with zero of the promised benefits flowing to the city. It’s not just about what you think of what’s there, but who paid for it, how and why. And traffic issues are a challenge.

We’ve listened to the community. We’ve significantly reduced the density of Lansdowne, removed one tower, reduced height, improved the public space, and more. We now have a much better plan.

Stayed up way past my bedtime to watch @WabKinew and the Manitoba NDP make history. Nice to see Stefanson’s unqualified acknowledgement in her speech but it doesn’t make up for the disgraceful, dog whistling campaign she ran. Well done Manitoba for rejecting such crass politics.
