I've always felt kinda lonely as an artist. I'm very excitable and passionate in real life. I'll jump of joy and explain stuff for hours but I very rarely find an avenue that i feel safe to be myself. I always notice the look people give me whenever I get excited. It makes me sad

A photo of mine is being exhibited in Paris this weekend and somehow, I currently feel like shit. It's just me getting stressed out from not making any new photos lately but it's still very interesting how I don't give myself any credit at all for my own achievements. lol.

People are already damn mean to me for my hard-of-hearing, combine that with the way I get excited about things and it's a recipe for people outright bullying me just because they don't like things that don't fit the norm.

The “you just press a button” takes are funny, because if there’s a way to reduce 200hrs of my work on a shoot to 1 second, please teach me how.

I have to ask for consent to critique people's photographs even IF they came to me to get an opinion because one thing I've learned is that people who don't know a certain technique or skill in photography will often interpret it as hate instead because there's no reference point
