His name is Jack Deon Maloba, 23 years old.

He was arrested and checked in at Kawangware police post, Nairobi on Thursday 11th December 2025 around 7pm in the evening.

About 4 hours later, he was dead and taken to City Mortuary where the body was booked in at 10.50pm.

Police say that Jack committed suicide by hanging himself using a shirt.

Even a grade three can tell you that the marks on his neck are marks of a wire.

His clothes are intact and that even leads to more questions.

Where is the cloth being said he hanged himself with?

Ndindi Nyoro has cracked open a door the whole political class has been too cowardly to touch and the stench coming out is exactly what Kenyans have been shouting about. He didn’t sugar-coat, he didn’t spin, he didn’t dance around it. He said it plainly: Safaricom is being auctioned off like stolen scrap metal, and the buyer is the man sitting in State House. That is not politics that is daylight economic vandalism dressed up as “reforms.”

When @NdindiNyoro spoke, you could feel the room shift. Because for once, a politician didn’t speak like a hostage of State House allowances. He spoke like a representative who remembers who sent him to Parliament. He exposed the trick: hide behind complex language, drag in committees, bury issues in technicalities but the bottom line remains one man is flipping national assets into his private pocket.

And the moment he challenged CS treasury John Mbadi to a live interview on ANY station @JohnMbadiN chooses you could tell he’s not bluffing. The man is ready to face real scrutiny, something the entire communications machinery around the President avoids like a plague. Citizen TV is shaking because they long surrendered their spine to government narratives. They fear voices that don’t need scripting. They fear truth that doesn’t require permission.

Look at what Ndindi laid out: if even ten MPs dared to speak with that level of clarity, Ruto would already be packing files in State House. If fifty MPs spoke like that, the man would be negotiating his exit plan. But the silence is loud. The Senate is a graveyard. Parliament is a museum of compliant bodies waiting for breadcrumbs. They’ve abandoned their duty, but the public hasn’t abandoned its memory.

So let Ruto hear this:

Your MPs may pretend they don’t see you sinking the country, your Senators may clap as you strip national institutions for parts but the people are watching you with open eyes, tight fists, and a list of betrayals that grows by the day.

Ndindi has spoken. The ground has spoken louder.
And sooner or later, silence will collapse and it’s you it will fall on.
