@CatalinaGoanta Yes. It's similar in the US in that the FTC's guidelines are pretty clear, but enforcement is the issue. It falls on agencies/brands/creators to ensure posts are properly disclosed. Their methods and abilities vary widely, as do the consequences for getting it wrong..
