@CrossCountryUK I have a booking from Newcastle to Plymouth on the 9.40am train on 23rd Dec. The time of this has changed. if I try to change the booking it won’t let me pay for it. Am I able to book a seat on the 10.40am Newcastle to Plymouth train on 23rd and use my ticket?

@CrossCountryUK massive long shot but could anyone (staff or passengers) let me know if you find a matching earring to this. I got them as a present and now only have one :( I was seated at the end of carriage C (near the 60s) on the 3.30 Newcastle to Edinburgh train.

@CrossCountryUK as someone who uses this train route often it’s the same or worse every year- dangerous overcrowding, cncllations & pricey tickets. Embarrassing for the UK. Not the ground level staffs fault but how do we lobby for change? (Apart from not voting Tory obvs 👍)
