@British_Airways How is this done though because I was clearly put on standby BEFORE checking in as I was unable to check in online. So there’s no chance of asking for volunteers then

@British_Airways How can you justify this as a company? Surely you can’t oversell a flight. And how do you decide who’s on standby as these flights were booked a year ago and paid in full.
